DESCRIPTION:As the State of Illinois moves into Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois plan\, the Wilmette Historical Museum is excited to announce their reopening on Wednesday\, July 15\, 2020\, by appointment only. Visitors will be able to tour exhibits including "Wilmette in Photographs: 1850-1950" and "Wilmette Women Breaking the Glass Ceiling\," as well as visit the research center. Admission to the Museum is free.\n\n \n\nReopening plans prioritize the safety of visitors and staff. Appointments will be made for Sundays   Thursdays\, between 1:00 and 4:00 pm. No walk-ins\, please. For further information and to make an appointment\, please email the Museum at museum@wilmette.com\, or call 847-853-7666. Museum staff have missed seeing the public and look forward to welcoming them back to the Museum!
