The Wilmette Historical Museum will host a parade through Wilmette of dazzling cars from many eras and auto makers. The parade is a remix of the Museum’s popular “Auto Historica,” an antique car event held each September. There will be foreign sports cars, large American autos, and even a truck or two. Mask up and come out to cheer them on as they drive through your neighborhood! The parade will kick off at 4th and Linden, wend its way through parts of east and west Wilmette, and end at the Museum, where cars will be parked for a short time for viewers to get a closer, but social distanced look. A map of the parade route will be posted on the Museum website’s Events page several days before the event.
The parade is made possible by the generous support of Museum members, donors and event sponsor Wilmette Auto Body.
