DESCRIPTION:New Foundation Center's annual Expressive Arts Fair will be held Friday June 4th from 11:00 AM to 2:00PM at the Northfield Park District Clarkson Building located at Bristol and Willow Roads. The fair will feature artwork\, jewelry\, silk scarves\, and more all created by artists who participate in New Foundation Center's Expressive Arts program. There will also be singing\, drumming\, prose and poetry readings performed by program participants. \n\nThe Expressive Arts Fair is free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be served. Call (847) 501-2879 if you plan to attend. \n\nNew Foundation Center offers adults with serious mental illness permanent supported housing\, employment support\, skills training\, and social networks in a recovery focused setting. The mission is ?to partner with people with mental illness to recover and pursue lives of meaning and purpose.?
