DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, September 12th from 12 to 3 p.m.\, cruise on over to the Wilmette Historical Museum\, 609 Ridge Road in Wilmette\, for Auto Historica XVII\, the Museum's annual vintage and classic car show.  This year's theme is Rockin' the '60s\, and there will be lots of cool American and foreign cars from the '60s on display including a 1962 Alfa Romeo 2000\, a 1964 Ford Mustang (the first model year)\, a 1968 Chevrolet Corvette\, and an Amphicar\, the miraculous amphibious car that could travel on both land and water. This is a great event for all ages! Bring the kids\, stroll around at your leisure\, and chat with the owners.\n\n \n\nAuto Historica\, like many Museum programs and events\, is free to the community thanks to the generous support of members and donors.
