DESCRIPTION:Go Green Wilmette members and the Village of Wilmette are hard at work planning our 8th annual green fair for Sunday\, March 9th from 1   5 pm at the Woman's Club of Wilmette. The theme of this year's fair is "Water Matters."\n\nIn addition to information about water conservation\, water pollution and stormwater management\, the fair will include information booths\, exhibitor displays\, and demonstrations on topics such as home energy conservation\, renewable energy resources\, green cleaning products\, organic food choices\, green landscaping\, transportation\, composting\, growing your own food\, and more.\n\nVisit the "Interactive Eco Zone" with displays for all ages\, check out the expanded hybrid and electric car exhibit\, stop by the Talk It Up: Conversations about Water area\, view the nature photography exhibit and stop by the Go Green Cafe.\n\nBring your batteries\, electronics and Styrofoam for recycling. Click here to see all the items we will be recycling. FREE ADMISSION.\n\nSponsors to date include SolarReserve\, Baird & Warner Evanston\, Iroquois Valley Farms\, Solar Service and the Woman's Club of Wilmette.
