Blood donors of all types are needed everyday.....from critically ill
patients, accident victims, people needing surgery and those patients
suffering chronic diseases such as cancer and leukemia.

Blood donors must be at least 16 years old (with a parental
consent form) or older, weigh 110 lbs, and be in general good health.
There is no upper age limit and most medications are accepted. Please
make sure to have breakfast or lunch prior to donating and bring
identification with you.

Only 30 minutes of your time can help save 3 lives!

All donors will find out what their blood type is, receive a free
cholesterol screening, blood pressure reading and iron level check.
Giving blood will not only help save another person's life but possibly
yours.

When you give blood, it is regenerating new red blood cells in
your body. Think of it as an oil change for your body!

100% of the blood collected this day will be going to the hospitals in
Illinois. Several of the hospitals have only enough blood supply for 1-2
days, especially blood types O+, O-, A+ and B+. But, every blood type is
necessary to sustain a life.
