Exhibit Openings and Special Performance

On Sunday, March 6, 2022, the Wilmette Historical Museum will open two new exhibits in celebration of Wilmette’s 150^th anniversary.  In the main gallery, “Memories and Milestones, 1872-2022” will feature fun and iconic objects, stories, and documents from the museum’s extensive collections.  In the lower level, “Fashion Forward: Wilmette’s Clothing History” will display 150 years of local fashion in six, twenty-five-year leaps.  The Actors Training Center (ATC) and the Wilmette Historical Museum are partnering to create a special performance based on Wilmette memoirs as part of the exhibit openings.  The exhibit space will be open to visitors before and after the performance.  Please wear a mask while inside the museum.  Email museum@wilmette.com or call (847) 853-7666 with any questions.
