Gearing Up for the Bicycle Season

Location: Wilmette Public Library Co-sponsored by the Wilmette Public Library, the Wilmette Bicycle Task Force and Go Green Wilmette. Come learn all the reasons why you should dust off that bike in the garage and use it! We'll discuss great local bike rides, how to choose a new bike or a good commuting route, how to equip your bike for hauling groceries, what safety equipment you should not be without, and other issues. Learn basic maintenance, how to fit your helmet, compare great biking gear and meet fellow bikers. Children welcome - bike safety videos and activities for young riders will be available
