Multi-Chamber Legislative Lunch
Join us for the informative lunch where U.S. Rep Robert Dold will provide an update on the latest issues currently being debated by the U.S. Congress in Washington D.C. Among the issues Rep. Dold is expected to address include his priority of creating more jobs for the state of Illinois, his concerns about the effect of rising gas prices on the economic recovery, his thoughts on our national energy policy and the continuing debate on health care and the federal debt limit. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
Elected in November, Rep. Dold is a member of the House Financial Services Committee, which was jurisdiction over all issues pertaining to the economy, the banking system, insurance and securities exchanges. Rep. Dold is Vice Chair of the International Monetary Policy and Trade subcommittee and serves on the Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises, Housing and Community Opportunity subcommittees.
