Charles will explain the how community Historic Preservation Commissions work, and their impact on home and property values. As a rule, these commissions identify historic landmarks and recommend that official designation of such structures, review proposals to alter or demolish landmarks and promotes the preservation of the a community's historic and architectural heritage.
