Jim is here to shares nuggets from his 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, and organizational leadership. His career consists of being a top producer in industries including automotive, insurance and media as well training and managing sales people for a chain of nine pawnshops in the twin cities. Jim started his executive career in the early 2000’s as he lead the sales and marketing teams at Val U Check from an start up to a 4 million dollar run rate in 18 months. In 2004 Jim started his Sales Coaching and consultancy and just this year he joined forces with Marie Hale, a well respected and highly sought after marketing expert. Together Jim and Marie offer a hand in hand sales and marketing collaborative that serves businesses as small as single proprietor and as large as Harvard Business School initiatives.
