Village Center Merchants Holiday Open House

The Wilmette Village Center Merchants Group announces “HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE” the holiday season late night shopping event. Taking place in downtown Wilmette, this event will offer special sales, refreshments, in-store entertainment, and a festive bounty of surprises to celebrate all downtown Wilmette has to offer. All this and more happens on Thursday Nov. 19^th from 5-9pm.

 

Refreshments, and lots of other goodies will be available as you stroll, eat and shop along the area surrounding the Village Hall at Central and Wilmette Avenues, including Greenleaf and 12th Street. One block from the Wilmette Metra Station.

 

Participating businesses range from gift shops, kids and women’s clothing, home décor, crystal, antiques and jewelry to florists, restaurants, coffee bars and the local Wilmette Theatre.

 

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Wilmette’s local children’s organization, Youth Connection which funds after school and enrichment programs for 5-8 graders. For more info on this organization please visit their website at www.youthconnectionwilmette.org.
