We'll meet at the Wallace Bowl in Gilson Park at noon, where Debora Morris from Personal Fitness Training (Gold Sponsor) will lead us through a warm-up and stretches. Debora will be joined by Steven Tanaka from The Runners Edge to talk briefly about selecting the right shoes for fitness activities. Next, we'll take a 30 minute walk around Gilson Park - while networking with our colleagues.
Bring a sack lunch to picnic back at the Wallace Bowl for more networking with your colleagues.
