"Living by your Values: A Test of Action. Are You Living by your Highest Values?
Your values hold the key to your motivation, self-determination, resolving of conflicts, and a lifestyle with meaning. When your behavior is consistent with your values, the results are more satisfying. This fun and stimulating exercise is designed to help you see what your values are now and put them into action! Together we will clarify our values to more readily make decisions, resolve conflicts, and achieve life-long goals.
Dr. Jacqueline Duke is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who recently re-located her downtown Chicago private practice to Wilmette. Her private practice offers individual, family, and group therapy as well as psychological assessment and organizational consulting services in the community. Dr. Duke's specific areas of expertise include working with individuals of all-ages affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, Life Transitions, and Stress-Related Mood Disturbances.
